Summerall Set for March 2024 Opening at 5701 Summerall Vista Cir Riverview, FL

Summerall, a multi-family housing complex in Riverview, is just three months away from its anticipated completion date. Construction started on the complex in December 2022. The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that the community will offer 352 market-rate apartments.

Our sources indicate that the complex will offer five residential buildings. Two buildings will measure four stories and offer 80 units each, while the remaining three will measure four stories and offer 64 units each.

Communal amenities include a fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, outdoor exercising stations, and 22 private work-from-home suites. Plans also call for a two-story clubhouse comprising 15,000 square feet of new construction.

2nd Wave Development is the developer. It has invested $135 million in this venture. It told media outlets that one of the project’s biggest challenges was assembling the 11 parcels and getting approval for city commissioners.

The community will occupy nine parcels.

Renderings from Google Earth show that prior to the start of construction, most of the build site was undeveloped. First Florida is the general contractor, and it broke ground on Summerall in December 2022.

Summerall will soon welcome residents at 5701 Summerall Vista Cir Riverview, FL, 33578, in Hillsborough County. The community will lie east of I-75 and north of the Bell Creek Nature Preserve.
