The NRP Group Breaks Ground On 275-Unit Multifamily Community ‘The Riley’ in Fort Myers

Cleveland, Ohio-based The NRP Group has officially begun construction on The Riley, a 275-residence, market-rate multifamily community in Fort Myers, Florida. Located at 7301 – 7332 Stoney Grove Circle, at the intersection of Highway 41 and San Carlos Blvd, The Riley offers easy access to major employment areas in Fort Myers and Bonita Springs and proximity to Interstate 75 and Highway 41. Building permits issued by Lee County show NRP CONTRACTORS II LLC is listed as the general contractor. Completion is anticipated in late 2025.

Kurt Kehoe, Senior Vice President of Florida Development at NRP, stated, “The Riley reflects our commitment to high-quality community development in the Fort Myers and Lee County area, which has seen significant growth.”

The community consists of three four-story buildings. The first building will include the clubhouse and most of the property’s amenities. The second building will feature a courtyard with public green space and seating areas. The third building offers views of the Estero Bay Preserve State Park, integrating a natural environment.

The Riley’s amenities include a resort-style pool with outdoor grilling areas and a pizza oven, an integrated clubhouse with a media room, a business center, and conference pods. Additional facilities comprise a state-of-the-art fitness center, an on-site dog park with a smart pet wash station, and package concierge lockers.

The residences feature contemporary finishes, soft-closing cabinets, LED-lit mirrors, modern lighting fixtures, and luxury kitchens with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Available floor plans include one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 655 to 1537 square feet, with prices starting in the low $1600s.
