396 Apartments Planned for 11025 Rca Center Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Palm Beach Garden officials have approved a second wave of apartments within the PGA Station business park in Palm Beach Gardens. The first phase (which broke ground in 2022) will comprise 396 units in an eight-story building. Known as “The Marc,” construction will end later this year.

The second phase will offer 620 apartments divided between two 13-story buildings. One hundred of the apartments will be designated as workforce housing units. Both towers will have a rooftop pool deck, along with a fitness center, game room, work-from-home space, and club room.

The Marc (pictured) started construction in 2022.

One building offers a half-court basketball area, and the other will offer pickleball courts. The second phase will replace two buildings within PGA Station business park.

Construction will start on the 396 apartments by the end of this year. As with The Marc, Catalfumo Cos. and Richman Group of Cos. are the developers. Coral Gables-based Corwil Architects is the architect, and Cotleur & Hearing is the planning firm.

The project will replace two buildings.

The residential ventures aren’t the only project planned for PGA Station. Gatsby FL purchased seven acres there for $17.5 million in 2022. The organization intends to build an eight-story, 200,000-square-foot office building on the site.

The 396 units will soon break ground at 11025 Rca Center Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 33410, in Palm Beach County.

  1. Second phase really is a downgrade in architectural quality. The shifted balcony placement makes it look like low-income housing in southern Broward County.
