Nearly four years after its initial reveal in 2020, Ad Lofts could soon start construction. The St. Petersburg project will offer six townhomes above 5,000 square feet of retail space.
According to St. Pete Rising, five of the 2,528-square-foot townhomes will offer three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The remaining unit will feature three bedrooms and three bathrooms, spanning 3,897 square feet. Unlike the other residences, it will feature a rooftop deck.
The luxury homes come with wine cellars, private air-conditioned elevators, sliding glass doors, and “a soaring, 23-foot gallery space with open metal stairs lit by double skylights and architectural lighting.” Residents will get a $5,000 credit from Ad Lofts to decorate their living spaces with local artwork.
Homeownership starts at $1.395 million. Ad Lofts itself measures four stories above grade. Aside from the townhomes, the ground-floor retail aspect will host a café-style restaurant with terrace seating. Many of Ad Lofts’ amenities lie within the great St. Pete neighborhood itself. Residents will have easy access to local coffee shops, entertainment venues, and more.
The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that Ad Lofts is a collaboration spearheaded by Modern Tampa Bay Homes. Construction is estimated to take 18 to 20 months once 50 percent of the homes have been sold.
Ad Lofts will be located at 2250 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, FL, 33712, in Pinellas County.
