A South Florida-based developer hopes to get approval for two apartment complexes, named Soleste Reserve I and Soleste Reserve II. Combined, the two would bring more than 600 residential units to Davie, Florida.
Davie’s Planning & Zoning Board is set to hear the proposal for Soleste Reserve I next week. If approved, the venture would measure eight stories above grade, requiring 639,215 square feet of new construction.
It would offer 353 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom residences. They would span 500 to 1,100 square feet each. The project would also offer 580 parking spots—570 of which would be located in a four-story parking garage. Amenities would include a swimming pool, business center, and rooftop open-air deck.
Soleste Reserve II would offer 310 residences, also offering studio to three-bedroom floorplans. The venture would be located on a 2.56-acre site that developers recently acquired. It currently hosts a warehouse and parking lot.
The Estate Cos. is the developer. It has many projects unfolding east of the Florida Turnpike. If the proposal for Soleste Reserve I is approved, the organization hopes to start construction by July 2024. Caymart Design, based in Miami-Dade County, designed both Soleste Reserve I and II.
Both properties could take place near the Griffin Road exit in Davie, FL.
