The North Tower is approximately 400 feet tall and houses what is destined to be the new flagship North American Mandarin Oriental hotel with 121 guest rooms, 66 private Residences, and 28 hotel Residences. This new exterior design is a lot less elegant and attractive than the original. I don’t know why Swire would switch to this banal and stodgy new redesign.
