‘Lantower Bayside’ Set for 2026 Completion at 16485 U.S. Highway 19 North, Largo, FL

An 8.4-acre parcel is slated to become a residential complex in Largo, FL. The 271-unit venture, called “Lantower Bayside,” will measure four stories above grade and comprise 261,000 square feet of leasable space, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.

Our sources indicate that the average unit will measure 962 square feet. Conceptual renderings show that communal amenities include co-working space, a fitness center, and a swimming pool and deck. Construction is expected to end on Lantower Bayside in early 2026.

Amenities include a fitness center.

Dallas-based Lantower Residential is the developer. It purchased the land for Lantower Bayside for $6 million in late 2019, per the St. Pete Catalyst. It was previously home to an RV and boat sales facility, but renderings show that the site is now vacant. Lantower Bayside will be located at 16485 U.S. Highway 19 North, Largo, FL, 33764, in Pinellas County.

In addition to the Largo project, Lantower Residential is also working on a similar venture called “Lantower Sunrise.” Located in Kissimmee, the two-phase project will offer a total of 672 units. The first phase’s units average 1,033 square feet. Both phases will measure four stories.

Lantower Bayside will include 271 units.

Construction is expected to end on that project in the second quarter of 2026. It’s slated for Sunrise City Drive, Kissimmee, Florida, 34746, in Osceola County.
