Belleair Development Group, in partnership with Trammell Crow Residential, has plans for a 336-unit housing complex in Largo, FL. Filed under the Live Local Act, the two-phase community aims to provide workforce housing options for those residing in the area.
Per St. Pete Rising, Allora’s first phase will feature 240 residences, with 40 percent (96) set aside as workforce housing. The second phase will feature 96 units, also with 40 percent (about 38) reserved for workforce housing.
Floorplans range from studio to three-bedroom residences. Communal amenities at Allora include a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and dog park. There will also be 400 parking spaces, with some including electric vehicle charging hookups.
Our sources indicate that the developers hope to start construction in October 2024, with the first phase’s residences becoming available in the fourth quarter of 2025. Belleair Development Group purchased the 15.5-acre build site for $3.1 million in late 2023. HLR Architects and B + C Studio Inc. are working alongside Belleair Development Group and Trammell Crow Residential on Allora.
According to Data USA, Largo’s median household income was $56,266 a year. At the time of publication, rent for Allora would start $1,850 a month, although this could change.
The multi-phase development will soon take shape at 800 8th Avenue Southeast, Largo, FL, 33771, in Pinellas County.
