i5 Wynwood, a newly completed co-living community in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood, is now welcoming its first residents. Located at 51 Northwest 28th Street, between North Miami Avenue and Northwest 1st Avenue, this 9-story residential building was designed by Arquitectonica and has interiors by Michael Wolk. Developed by Related Group and W5 Group, i5 Wynwood offers a modern communal living approach with 217 fully furnished suites. The development also features over 3,900 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a 6,600-square-foot shaded central courtyard.

Tenants can choose from configurations of 3- or 4-bedroom apartments, all of which are fully furnished. The furnishings include queen-sized beds, writing desks, shelving units, sleek lighting fixtures, dining tables with chairs, leather sofas, coffee tables, entertainment consoles, wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, dining and cutlery sets, wall art, Latch electronic locks on all suite doors, and Nest Smart Thermostats by Google.
