Downtown Sarasota is slated for a high-rise luxury condo. Multi-Housing News reports that the 18-story One Park West will comprise 69 fully furnished residences, with layouts spanning one-bedroom to three-bedroom models.
There will also be a penthouse collection. In-unit amenities include floor-to-ceiling windows, outdoor terraces, and imported Italian cabinetry. Select units come with soaking tubs. Homes are expected to range from $1 million to $3 million.
Communal amenities at One Park West will include many offerings, including, but not limited to a rooftop Sky Lounge, fitness center, pickleball court, and infinity pool. The tower itself will be located in the heart of Sarasota’s “The Quay,” an up-and-coming waterfront district downtown.
Our sources indicate that PMG and MoneyShow are the developers. The pair are currently working on One Park Sarasota, another 18-story tower in the area. That project, which Florida YIMBY reported on earlier this year, is expected to break ground later this fall.
Hoyt Architects designed One Park West. At the time of publication, the project did not have a released construction deadline. However, according to Observer, it’ll be located on Block 9 in The Quay. One Park Sarasota will be located on Block 1.
