PMG, Lion Development Group, and LNDMRK Development have plans for a high-rise residential endeavor in Miami-Dade County. One West Twelve Residences (also known as ONE W12) will offer 372 residences that allow for short-term rental options through platforms like VRBO and AirBnb.
Layout plans include studio and one-bedroom homes. According to the venture’s website, measurements would range from 287 to 547 square feet, offering views of the Miami Signature Bridge and easy access to the unfolding Miami Worldcenter. Our sources indicate that ownership would range from $500,000 to $550,000, but this hasn’t been officially confirmed.
In-unit features would include a custom countertops, Italkraft-imported cabinets, and walk-in closets. Residents would have access to a host of amenities, namely a fitness center, rooftop swimming pool and lounge, and integrated smart home technology. The Next Miami reports that the 23-story development will also feature 819 parking spots spanning eight floors, along with 4,892 square feet of retail.
The venture is slated for a 2028 delivery and has not yet started construction. John Moriarty is the general contractor. Cube3 designed One West Twelve Residences. The firm also designed AER Tampa, a 31-story luxury tower that just finished construction in Downtown Tampa. One West Twelve Residences is slated for 1129 NW 1st Ct, Miami, FL, 33136, in Miami-Dade County.
