The 902-foot Okan Tower in Downtown Miami has reached a key construction milestone, with work progressing to the 12th floor following the completion of its expansive 290,000-square-foot parking podium. This 70-story supertall tower, designed by Behar Font & Partners, is set to become one of the tallest buildings in the region when it tops off.
The mixed-use development, located at 555 North Miami Avenue, is led by Okan Group and marks a significant addition to Miami’s skyline. Construction, overseen by Okan Construction LLC, is advancing at a steady pace, with one floor being completed each week. The project is now entering the hotel level phase, signaling steady progress toward its anticipated completion.
Okan Tower’s design features sculptural fluted accents and a striking crown that will define its skyline presence. The development will include a Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel with 316 keys, 236 condo hotel units managed by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, 163 Sky Residences, and 64,000 square feet of Class A office space.
Situated in the heart of Downtown Miami, Okan Tower offers proximity to Miami Worldcenter and a host of cultural, dining, and shopping destinations. The building’s unique amenities include a 70th-floor rooftop pool and sky deck with private cabanas—one of the highest rooftop pools in the country—an additional lap pool on the 12th floor, a wellness spa, a fitness center with Peloton® bikes and yoga studio, and a theater. Additional features include a wine cellar, owner’s lounge, and a children’s sensory playroom.
Sales for the tower have also crossed the 60% mark, with buyers hailing from countries including Argentina, Turkey, Colombia, and Spain, among others. The project is being exclusively marketed and sold by Fortune Development Sales.
