The Calta Group intends to start construction on a luxury townhome development this spring. The Coral Gables-based developer recently secured a $30 million construction loan for “Via Veneto”, which upon completion will offer 10 three-story residences.
Each home will feature four bedrooms and span 5,500 square feet, with in-unit amenities featuring deep soaking tubs, private elevators, and gourmet chef kitchens. At the time of publication, ownership started at $5.7 million. Architect Nelson de Leon of Locus Architecture designed Via Veneto; Sensi Casa is the interior designer.

As shared by Florida YIMBY’s May 2023 report, The Calta Group acquired the project’s 40,200-square-foot build site for $12 million. The parcel currently hosts a low-rise, 32-unit apartment that will be demolished prior to groundbreaking.
Via Veneto is just one of many luxury housing ventures slated for the Sunshine State. Recently, we divulged plans for Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences, a 329-unit condo featuring more than 51,000 square feet of interior amenity space. Measuring 28 stories above grade, homes range from $1.1 million to $4.9 million. The units are expected to come online in 2028.
Via Veneto will be located at 915 Palermo Ave, Coral Gables, FL, 33134, in Miami-Dade County.
