Florida East Coast Realty (FECR) has announced the opening of CLAUDIE, a French-Mediterranean restaurant by Riviera Dining Group (RDG), at 1101 Brickell. The restaurant occupies 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space on the ground floor of the 300,000-square-foot twin office towers, adding a refined dining experience to Miami’s Financial District. CLAUDIE officially opened its doors on February 7, 2025.

According to FECR Chief Operating Officer Austin Hollo, the restaurant’s arrival reflects the ongoing evolution of 1101 Brickell, which has recently undergone modernization efforts, including a revamped lobby. The addition of CLAUDIE aligns with the property’s vision of enhancing the tenant experience and positioning the towers as a premier business and lifestyle destination.

Designed by OV & Co. and Lazaro Rosa-Violán, the space incorporates Mediterranean-inspired design elements, such as natural wood finishes, glazed tiles, and a striking bronze sculpture centerpiece. The restaurant’s outdoor terrace offers a welcoming environment for both office tenants and visitors.
