Kolter Urban has announced Olana Naples Residences, a six-story beachfront development set to rise at 1121 Gulf Shore Boulevard North in Naples, Florida. The project will offer twelve estate-sized residences directly on the Gulf of Mexico, each spanning over 10,000 square feet with 80 feet of unobstructed Gulf views. Floorplans will feature five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and two powder rooms, combining the space and amenities of a single-family home with the privacy and convenience of luxury condominium living.

Designed by Randall Stofft Architects and SB Architects, with interiors by Champalimaud Design, the residences will feature floor-to-ceiling glass walls maximizing Gulf views, flow-through layouts, and private elevators. Expansive Gulf-front terraces will include built-in gas grills and under-counter refrigerators, while ground-floor residences will offer private patios and pools.
Each home is designed for both luxury and functionality, with gourmet kitchens, climate-controlled wine rooms, and gracious entertainment spaces such as a Club Room and Game Room. A dedicated soundproof theater will provide an immersive viewing experience. The Owner’s Suite will include a private terrace, dual walk-in closets, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub and rain shower. Residences will also feature a private hydrotherapy suite, equipped with a steam room, dry sauna, cold plunge, therapeutic tub, and a personal fitness room.
