Two developers are moving forward with a high-rise multi-family development in Broward County. Sereno Fort Lauderdale will measure 14 stories above grade, requiring 230,000 square feet of new construction.
Our sources indicate that the tower will host 76 “boutique residences,” with homes spanning one-bedroom to three-bedroom models. They will measure 1,080 to 2,400 square feet each, equipped with various luxury finishings, including imported Italian cabinetry, spa-inspired bathrooms, and walk-in closets. Multi-Housing News notes that select residences will come furnished with soaking tubs and flexible work-from-home space. Homes currently start at $1.4 million.

Communal amenities at Sereno Fort Lauderdale would occupy two rooftops. Between the two of them, residents would have access to a swimming pool with panoramic views, a fitness center, and outdoor showers. Other offerings will include a dog spa, storage space, and electric vehicle charging stations. Integra Investments and Flying Point have partnered together on the venture.
In December 2024, Miami-based Integra Investments broke ground on Ocean Park Residences, a 14-story tower with 76 units. FSMY Architects + Planners designed Sereno Fort Lauderdale. According to BLDUP, renderings reveal “all-glass curving architecture, [offering] panoramic park and water views, and airy residences that open to private terraces.”
