SIX88 Sarasota is nearing the end of construction in Southwest Florida. The 10-story boutique luxury condominium will comprise just 10 homes, ranging from 1,990 to 4,618 square feet each. The waterfront units come outfitted with imported European-style finishes, floor-to-ceiling hurricane-grade windows, and outdoor gathering spaces.
Homes are divided into three categories: The Signature Collection (which features two-bedroom residences spanning 1,990 to 2,088 square feet each), The 360 Collection (full-floor residences measuring 4,618 square feet), and the SIX88 Penthouse (a singular home comprising 6,267 total square feet).

Aside from Sarasota’s local amenities, residents will have access to an on-site social club, fitness center, rooftop terrace, swimming pool, and more. Being located on Golden Gate Point, residents will also enjoy bayfront access.
Palm One Group is the developer, according to SIX88 Sarasota’s website. Voeller Construction is the general contractor, and Sarasota-based DSDG Architects designed the community. Sources note that the firm drew inspiration from the silhouette of a yacht’s sail, seamlessly integrating the new development in Sarasota’s already vibrant bayside community.
Completion is anticipated for late 2025, with most of the units already sold. SIX88 is located at 688 Golden Gate Point, Sarasota, FL, 34236, in Sarasota County.
