Less than a year after starting construction in Tampa, Gasworx W2 has topped out. The seven-story project is on track for an early 2026 completion, where it will feature more than 366,000 square feet of new construction.

The 390 “contemporary units” will span studio to two-bedroom models, and residents will have access to a shared swimming pool, fitness center, and rooftop terrace. They will also be able to use conference rooms and private offices, ideal for work-from-home employees. The rentals will also offer convenient access to the 482-spot parking garage, and there will be a retail portion.

KETTLER is the developer. It will spend more than $70.8 million to make the project possible. Juneau Construction is the general contractor, and Torti Gallas + Partners is the design firm.

Gasworx W2 is the second phase of Gasworx W1. The latter venture will comprise 284,000 square feet divided between two mid-rise buildings. There will be 317 residences, 395 parking spots, and close to 9,000 square feet of amenities. Curtis Gaines Hall Jones is the design firm on that project.

Gasworx W1 and W2 are two ventures that will be part of the larger 50-acre project that aims to redevelop Tampa’s Latin Quarter. W2 will be located at 1502 Nick Nuccio Parkway, Tampa, FL, 33605, in Hillsborough County.
