One Park Tower by Turnberry recently celebrated a significant milestone with the topping off of its 33-story tower, located at 2411 Laguna Circle in the SoLé Mia community of North Miami. Developed by Turnberry and designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Meyer Davis and landscaping by DS Boca, the waterfront tower is part of a growing enclave centered on wellness, lifestyle, and connectivity. The development marks the latest addition to the master-planned 184-acre SoLé Mia community.

The March 18th topping-off event was attended by approximately 500 guests, including real estate leaders, tastemakers, and project partners. Fredrik Eklund of the Eklund | Gomes Team at Douglas Elliman offered remarks on the future of luxury living in North Miami and the growing appeal of SoLé Mia. Turnberry Chairman & CEO Jackie Soffer, LeFrak Chairman & CEO Richard LeFrak, and other key figures also delivered remarks, emphasizing the project’s impact on the city’s real estate landscape.

Juneau Construction Company leads the build as the general contractor, with US American Concrete as the concrete contractor. STRUCTURAL BUILDERS & RESTORATIONS (S-BR) handles waterproofing, and Morrow operates Liebherr tower cranes on-site.
The celebration featured curated tower tours, providing panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, the Miami skyline, and the seven-acre Crystal Lagoon at the heart of SoLé Mia. Guests enjoyed a variety of hors d’oeuvres and drinks, including mezze platters, flatbreads, pastries, spicy margaritas, Frosé, and Stella Artois served in branded koozies. Miami’s Sesame Bakery provided food and beverages.

The event’s surrealist theme, “It’s so real, it’s surreal,” was embodied through experiential installations such as oversized branded cotton candy, 30-foot inflatable beach balls, and large-format props, reflecting the tower’s playful yet sophisticated brand identity.
With 75 percent of its residences sold, One Park Tower by Turnberry is positioned as a key player in the evolving North Miami real estate market. Once complete, the tower will offer a range of resort-style amenities and direct access to natural and urban conveniences, enhancing the residential experience within the SoLé Mia community.
