Florida YIMBY has an update regarding a mid-rise building we first covered in April 2023. Our sources share that the final deck of VIDA Residences has been poured, indicating that that the project is moving forward with its scheduled 2026 completion.

At full buildout, the nine-story building will feature 121 fully furnished units, spanning studio to four-bedroom models. In-unit amenities will include spacious walk-in closets, chef-style kitchens, and balconies with views of the nearby Biscayne Bay. Our sources indicate that the condos will span 387 to 1,780 square feet each.

Owners have the option of residing in their units long-term or offering them as short-term rentals through online booking platforms. Communal amenities at VIDA Residences will include a fitness center, 24-hour concierge service, and a coffee bar. The crown jewel is the 11,000-square-foot rooftop deck with a lounge, resort-style swimming pool, and spa.

Urbana Holdings and Urbana Bueno are leading the venture. Javier Calvo is the interior designer, and Kobi Karp is the architect. The Miami-based architect also designed 1600 Edgewater, a 33-story mixed-use tower with residential and commercial space.

VIDA Residences’ address is 410 NE 35th Terrace, Miami, FL 33137, in Miami-Dade County.
