Vertical construction is now underway for Apex Logistics Park at Delray, a 200,000-square-foot Class A logistics development in Delray Beach, Florida. The project, led by Altman Logistics Properties in partnership with PCCP, marks the first phase of a larger industrial complex that could eventually total up to 672,000 square feet across three buildings.
Located along US 441, just north of Atlantic Avenue, Apex Logistics Park at Delray is among the first infill logistics projects of its kind in the area. The development is expected to meet increasing demand for modern warehouse and distribution space in Palm Beach County, where supply remains critically low. Completion of the first phase is targeted for the second quarter of 2025.

“With vertical construction now underway, we are one step closer to delivering much-needed Class A logistics space in one of South Florida’s most supply-constrained submarkets,” said Mark Levy, President of Altman Logistics Properties. “The park’s accessibility to key transportation infrastructure and growing population centers makes it an attractive opportunity for businesses looking to optimize their logistics operations.”
Designed to accommodate tenants needing 40,000 to 200,000 square feet, Apex Logistics Park at Delray will feature 36-foot ceiling heights, 215 parking spaces, 45 dock doors, and direct access to US 441. The project will incorporate sustainability features, including solar-ready roofing, electric vehicle charging stations, high-efficiency lighting systems, and enhanced indoor air quality measures. Cushman & Wakefield’s Christopher Thomson and Matthew McAllister are handling leasing efforts for the development.

The 40-acre site is near major interstates, including I-95, I-75, I-595, and Florida’s Turnpike, as well as major distribution hubs such as Port Everglades, Port Miami, and Port of Palm Beach. The location provides access to a workforce and 1.1 million consumers within a one-hour drive.
Altman Logistics Properties continues to expand its industrial portfolio beyond Florida. The firm recently entered the New Jersey market, acquiring sites for Apex Logistics at Hamilton and Apex Logistics at Parsippany, adding over 310,000 square feet of logistics space in Hamilton Township and Parsippany, respectively. Additionally, Altman plans to break ground on a 202,000-square-foot project in Lakeland, Florida, while moving forward with approvals for an 182,000-square-foot warehouse logistics facility in Davie.
