Grupo T&C has officially broken ground on Edge House Miami, a 57-story residential building located at 1837 NE 4th Avenue in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami. Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, with interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio and landscape architecture by Witkin Hults + Partners, the tower will rise 637 feet and yield approximately 870,000 square feet of space, including 608 home-sharing luxury condominiums. Thornton Construction is the general contractor. Completion is expected by late 2028.

The 608 units will be delivered fully furnished and finished, ranging from 410 to 1,242 square feet, and will be offered in studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts. Residences will feature nine-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces, European cabinetry, Bosch appliances, built-out closets, frameless glass showers, premium fixtures, and intelligent building infrastructure.

The development will include two resort-style pools, a full-service pool bar, an outdoor rain shower, a private sky lounge, a library, a wellness center with private treatment rooms, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a sauna, and a zen garden with a reflecting pond and meditation deck. The amenity package includes co-working spaces with high-speed internet, open workstations, and private meeting rooms. Additional services will consist of 24/7 valet, a reception lounge, and a gourmet snack and coffee bar.

Outdoor features include a wraparound garden, landscaped park, children’s playground, and putting green. The project aims to integrate natural elements with urban living, providing green space in a dense residential setting.

Edge House Miami is located near Margaret Pace Park and within walking distance of Wynwood, the Arts & Entertainment District, and the Miami Design District. The site offers proximity to multiple transportation options and Miami International Airport.
