STOCK Residences, the high-end condominium division of the award-winning Naples-based STOCK Development, has officially topped off The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Naples at 250 Center Street North, marking the first Ritz-Carlton Residences in the city. This milestone was celebrated as the two tallest buildings of the five-building development, known as the Tower Residences, reached their peak height of 12 stories each. Suffolk Construction serves as the general contractor.
The top-out of the Tower Residences was achieved following the completion of vertical construction for the Bay Residences, which comprises two mid-rise buildings within a six-acre area. With the shell of the four main buildings now finished, the project is on track to receive its temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) by early next year, after which move-ins will begin shortly thereafter. The project is now 75% sold, including the sale of three penthouses, all of which were purchased within six months.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Naples are situated between Vanderbilt Beach and the Gulf of Mexico to the west, and Vanderbilt Lagoon to the north. The development includes 128 estate-style residences, featuring penthouses and Grand Penthouses starting at 3,000 square feet. The project was designed by Curts Gaines Hall Jones (CGHJ) Architects, with interiors by Cristian Pinedo of SUSURRUS and landscape architecture by Booth Design Group. Marc-Michaels Interior Design also contributed to the floor plan designs of all residences and curated a diverse selection of fixtures and finishes.
