Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers has revealed plans for a luxury townhome development in Parkland. Saltgrass at Heron Bay will comprise 52 single-family homes.
They will measure about 2,630 to more than 4,000 square feet, featuring three or four-car garages, depending on the model. In-unit amenities include open-concept floorplans, covered lanais, and gourmet, chef-inspired kitchens. Residents will enjoy a host of on-site amenities, including (but not limited to) a swimming pool, fitness center, and sporting courts. There will also be two freshly renovated clubhouses.

The cost of ownership at Saltgrass at Heron Bay currently starts at $1.6 million. That’s not too far off from the average cost of a single-family home in Parkland. Realtor.com notes that the median listing price of a home in the area is $1.3 million. Sales are expected to launch later this summer.
Parkland Talk reports that Toll Brothers purchased the 21-acre site from the City in 2023 for $18.26 million, equaling $375,000 per approved home. The publication notes that Saltgrass at Heron Bay is part of a larger initiative to develop a 65-acre site into residential and commercial ventures.
The gated community is slated for 11773 N.W. 70th Place, Parkland, FL, 33067, in Broward County.
