Property Markets Group (PMG) and LNDMRK Development have announced plans for a unique housing development in Miami. Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences will measure eight stories, offering fully-furnished 233 residences and offices that owners could rent out through Airbnb.

Sources share that the studio, junior suites, and one-bedroom units would span about 400 to 760 square feet; the South Florida Business Journal reports that the smallest units start at $500,000. Units come outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, imported Italian cabinetry, and contemporary, energy-efficient lighting. Owners would also receive a deeded office suite that they could use or rent out.

Communal amenities would span more than 32,000 square feet, offering an outdoor bar, swimming pool and deck, fitness center, and other wellness-centered offerings. Aside from the residential aspect, plans also call for 25,000 square feet of office space and 26,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.

The two developers currently have the build site under contract from an affiliate of New York-based ASG Equities. Cube3 designed Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences. The Miami-based firm also designed AER Tampa, a 31-story luxury tower that recently finished construction in Downtown Tampa.

Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences has been proposed for 201 NW 26th Street, Miami, Florida, 33127, in Miami-Dade County.
