Keystone Midway LLC, a branch of developer Keystone Holdings, has proposed a mixed-use venture that would replace a church in Miami-Dade County.
Our sources report that the unnamed venture would rise 18 stories above grade, requiring close to 720,000 square feet of new construction. It would comprise 477 apartments, 40 percent of which would be designated as workforce housing under the Live Local Act. Miami-Dade County defines workforce housing as affordable housing designated for individuals and families earning 60 to 140 percent of the area median income (AMI). When adjusted for a family of four, this would be $42,600 to $99,400 annually.
The South Florida Business Journal shares that there would be three layout plans, including one-bedroom and two-bedroom models. The average home would span about 800 square feet. The 18-story tower would feature 8,543 square feet of indoor amenities, such as a fitness center, and a swimming pool deck.
Aside from the residential aspect, the venture would include 8,624 square feet of retail and 639 parking spots. As noted, Keystone Midway LLC is the developer. It’s partnered with Form Group Architecture and Planning on the design; the latter is also based in Miami.
The 18-story high-rise has been proposed for 190 NW 79th Ave, Miami, FL, 33126, in Miami-Dade County.
