‘Griffin Parkview Apartments’ Set for 2026 Groundbreaking at 12300 W Dixie Hwy, North Miami, FL

MMG Equity Partners has secured approval for a residential development with workforce housing in North Miami. Griffin Parkview Apartments will measure eight stories above grade, offering a total of 110 units. Of those homes, 40 percent will be deemed workforce housing, designated for households earning up to 120 percent of the area median income (AMI).

CRE-sources shares that Griffin Parkview Apartments will span about 97,000 square feet of new construction; homes will span studio to two-bedroom apartments, measuring 548 to 930 square feet. Rent is projected to range from $1,850 to $2,400 monthly.

DTI Architects designed the venture. The firm also designed Visions at Brickell Station, an eight-story, condo/hotel endeavor. Construction is expected to end on that luxury development in early 2027.

Construction is anticipated to start on Griffin Parkview Apartments in the second quarter of 2026. It will be located on a 1.46-acrel lot next to the Colonial Shopping Center, an 80,000-square-foot commercial plaza. MMG Equity Partners owns that property, as well. The car wash currently on the build site will be demolished to accommodate the new construction.
