Kadima Developers intends to break ground on a mixed-use venture in Hallandale Beach. Seven Park is slated to measure eight stories above grade, comprising 121 residences. According to the South Florida Business Journal, homes would span studio to three-bedroom layout plans, measuring 500 to 1,645 square feet. They’re priced starting at $375,000.
Seven Park will feature 30,000 square feet of amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tubs, and lounge. There will also be a “wellness center” that will feature a steam room, sauna, and cold plunge.

In addition to the residential aspect, the $70 million venture will host 4,500 square feet of ground-floor retail with four bays. Kadima Developers purchased the project’s 1.01-acre site for $5.3 million last summer. Google Earth’s renderings show that the build site is currently vacant.
Sklarchitecture designed the venture. The Hollywood-based firm also designed the nearby Blue Park Apartments, a $40 million project featuring 185 apartments and townhomes in eight stories. The 1.47-acre assemblage is currently home to three single-family houses that will be demolished prior to construction.
Construction is intended to start on Seven Park this October. It’s planned for 220 SE 7th St., Hallandale Beach, Florida, 33009, in Broward County.
