Located in downtown West Palm Beach, the Arquitectonica-designed project will rise as the first Mr. C Hotel & Residences in Palm Beach County. The development will deliver 110 hotel suites and 146 branded residences, with interiors by Meyer Davis. The design takes inspiration from the Italian Riviera of the 1950s and the city’s sailing culture, with refined finishes, expansive layouts, and large windows framing views of the Intracoastal Waterway and skyline. Select residences feature corner exposures and generous terraces.

“As a brokerage that specializes in representing the region’s most compelling properties, we are proud to be aligned with a project as thoughtfully executed as Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach,” said Jay Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman Florida. “From its elevated aesthetic to its connection with a globally respected brand, this development offers something truly distinct in today’s market. The combination of design, service, and location has already resonated strongly with buyers, and we expect that momentum to continue as construction progresses.”

The Cipriani family founded the Mr. C brand in 2011 with its first hotel in Beverly Hills, later expanding to New York, Miami, and Dubai. The West Palm Beach property continues that growth, bringing the brand’s interpretation of European-inspired elegance to a new market.

This project reflects the way our family approaches hospitality, where design, service, and atmosphere come together with intention. The hotel and residences will offer a lifestyle that is elevated yet comfortable, grounded in tradition and built for how people live today.”
