Revised Plans for ‘Corey Landing’ Approved for 73 75th Avenue, St. Pete Beach, Florida

Florida YIMBY has an update regarding Corey Landing, a project we covered earlier this February. At the time, our initial report stated that Kolter Urban wanted to proceed with a mixed-use development comprising 162 condos and more than 10,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space.

However, after getting feedback from the city, plans changed to instead feature two eight-story buildings with a combined 133 luxury condos. Homes will include two-bedroom and three-bedroom floorplans, measuring 1,718 to more than 2,400 square feet. In addition to the many high-end finishings, homes at Corey Landing would feature waterfront views.

Communal amenities include a rooftop resort-style swimming pool, pickleball courts, public park, and more than 400 parking spots, including 330 for residents and the remainder for public parking and rideshare drop-offs.

There would also be 11,000 square feet of retail, along with a restaurant within a freestanding building, according to St. Pete Rising. As noted, Kolter Urban is the developer. Morrow Design is the interior designer; GROH Architecture is the architect. Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer.

Pending various approvals and permits, Corey Landing could soon undergo construction at 73 75th Avenue, St. Pete Beach, Florida, 33706, in Pinellas County.

  1. Kudos to St. Pete design review committee for scaling the development properly. Love the landscaping and pedestrian spaces. Now if they would only include bike lanes in these developments. I wish Miami and Fort Lauderdale had design review committees such as St. Pete. Better design is better for the urban experience
