Avenia Aventura, Interiors by FENDI Casa, a planned condominium building at 20605 NE 34th Avenue in Aventura, has released a new collection of renderings showcasing its amenity spaces. The 22-unit waterfront development is being led by Vertical Developments, with interiors by FENDI Casa and architectural design by Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design. The project is positioned along Aventura’s canals, with views toward the neighboring golf course, and will feature three- and four-bedroom residences beginning at approximately 3,500 square feet. The development is targeting LEED Gold certification and will provide a marina lounge, fitness facilities, a rooftop pool, and a collection of resident amenities.
The released renderings illustrate how FENDI Casa’s design identity has been integrated throughout the project’s shared interior spaces. The lobby is depicted with warm travertine floors, sculptural lighting, and soft neutral tones that establish the project’s material direction. An indoor lounge features arched portals, textured walls, and plush seating arranged for resident use. A marina lounge facing the waterfront incorporates natural materials, muted hues, and furnishings that reflect Aventura’s coastal surroundings.

The wellness suite features a Technogym-equipped fitness center with floor-to-ceiling windows and mirrored surfaces. A gym lounge opens directly onto the outdoor terrace, while a massage room includes arched walls, double treatment tables, travertine flooring, and neutral fabrics. Minimalist steam and sauna rooms composed of wood and glass provide additional wellness amenities.

Avenia Interiors by FENDI Casa will comprise 22 three and four bedroom residences, each with a private elevator foyer, custom millwork, and spa-inspired bathrooms designed in collaboration with FENDI Casa. The development recently converted to contract and is the first branded residential property to debut in Aventura in more than ten years.
