Construction Starts on ‘HARMON Ashton Oaks’ at SR 54 & Ashton Oaks Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL

Developer Crescent Heights has started construction on its latest build-to-rent venture in Wesley Chapel: HARMON Ashton Oaks.

The community will feature 115 two-story residences, with floorplans including three-bedroom and four-bedroom layout plans. Multi-Housing News reports that each 1,800-square-foot residence will come with its own private two-car garage and front yard.

Residents will have access to a variety of on-site amenities, including (but not limited to) a resort-style swimming pool, dog park, and outdoor grilling areas. There will also be a community lawn and on-site event programming.

From HARMON Ashton Oaks’ website, the community is intended for “young professionals, growing families, pet parents, and anyone seeking room to live and grow.” HARMON Ashton Oaks is the sixth and final installment of a larger $340 million effort to construct more build-to-rent communities in Florida. The HARMON brand has communities in Nashville, Greensboro, and Dallas.

Crescent Heights has partnered with Heitman LLC on the venture. DRB Group is the general contractor. HARMON Ashton Oaks is set for SR 54 & Ashton Oaks Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL, 33543, in Pasco County. The venture is set to welcome its first residents by the end of 2026.
