Construction has started on Cora Merrick Park, a condominium in Coral Gables. The venture is set to measure 13 stories above grade and feature 74 condos.
The one-bedroom to three-bedroom homes will measure 678 to 2,651 square feet. Residences will come outfitted with private balconies, 10-foot-high ceilings, and stone flooring. Homes are currently priced from $900,000 to more than $4 million, with about 30 percent of the condos already pre-sold. Sales launched for Cora Merrick Park last year.

Among the many communal amenities, offerings include a 5,000-square-foot park/sculpture garden, rooftop swimming pool, and summer kitchens. Many of the amenities feature a wellness aspect; residents would have access to red light therapy, a spa, and comprehensive fitness center.
Constellation Group and Boschetti Group are the two developers. The pair purchased the 0.68-acre site for $6.1 million in 2022. Winmar Construction is the general contractor. Arquitectonica is the architect, and Urban Robot is the interior designer. Douglas Ellison is handling the sales aspect.
Construction is anticipated to end on Cora Merrick Park in 2028. The venture is located at 4241 Aurora St, Coral Gables, FL, 33146, in Miami-Dade County. Google Earth shows that prior to groundbreaking, the site was vacant.
