Florida YIMBY has learned of another multi-family housing development proposed by The Kolter Group under the Alton banner.
Alton Brandon would comprise 280 residences spread across five four-story buildings, offering a mix of one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts. While information is limited about the residences themselves, the Tampa Bay Business Journal shares that the venture would host a variety of on-site amenities, including a swimming pool, pet spa, and clubhouse. Residents would also have access to 365 parking spots, 16 of which would be in covered garages.

As noted, The Kolter Group is the developer. The Delray Beach-based firm has many projects evolving under the Alton banner, including Alton Seminole and Alton Oldsmar. Florida YIMBY covered both projects these past few weeks. Like Alton Brandon, they are both multi-family developments that will feature more than 200 homes spread across multiple low-rise buildings.
Dynamik Design is the architect. Landmark Engineering & Surveying Corp. is the civil engineer. A general construction timeline for Alton Brandon is unknown; presently, the developer is seeking various approvals from the South Florida Water Management District.
If brought to fruition, Alton Brandon would be located off of Graves Road in Brandon, Florida, 33510, in Hillsborough County. It would occupy about 9.1 acres of vacant land off I-75.
