Construction is complete on Salato Pompano Beach, a 10-story condominium development at 305 Briny Avenue in Pompano Beach. Designed by Randall Stofft Architects and developed by U.S. Development, the oceanfront project yields 40 residences and features interiors by Interiors by Steven G. Residences at Salato range from 2,106 to 3,354 square feet and feature expansive floor plans, extra-wide living areas, and 14-foot-deep terraces measuring between 320 and 746 square feet. Floor-to-ceiling glass lines the exterior and frames views of the Atlantic Ocean, while the property also includes direct beach access.

The development contains more than 20,000 square feet of amenity space, including an 80-foot ocean-view pool and spa with a separate wet deck and loungers, poolside grilling stations, a covered bar and loggia, and wellness facilities with dual dry saunas and steam showers. Additional amenities include a fitness center with wellness programming, an owners’ lounge with beverage and snack service, a club room with a chef’s catering kitchen, and 28 hobby rooms intended for private work or creative use.
Services available to residents include optional housekeeping with linen service, grocery stocking, spa and beauty treatments at the on-site Salato Spa, fitness classes and personal training, beach yoga, and seasonal programming such as live music, workshops, and culinary experiences. Residents also have access to beach service with chair and umbrella setup, boat charters and watersport rentals, and 24-hour valet service.

The project also includes 2,700 square feet of ground-floor retail space fronting A1A. According to the developer, discussions are underway for a future restaurant tenant intended to serve both residents and the surrounding community.
Sales are being led by The Tinka Ellington Group at Compass, while IMI Worldwide is directing marketing efforts. Remaining residences are priced from approximately $2.4 million to $5.3 million.
