Partners Group has announced plans for B Residences Miami, a planned 70-story Breitling-branded residential tower in Miami’s Brickell Financial District. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Empira Group, which was acquired by Partners Group in 2025, the project is expected to yield more than 300 for-sale condominium residences on a development site spanning more than one acre. Partners Group, which owns Breitling on behalf of its clients, plans to invest approximately $220 million in the development, with construction anticipated to begin in late 2028 and completion targeted for 2031.

The tower will serve as the flagship project for the new B Residences brand and will include a collection of penthouses with double-height living spaces and private pools. Planned amenities include a 45,000-square-foot, two-level B Social Club for residents, rooftop pools, a private fitness center, concierge services, and additional indoor and outdoor social spaces.

Renderings depict a slender residential tower clad in floor-to-ceiling glass with continuous wraparound balconies, softly rounded corners, and bronze-colored framing elements that accentuate the building’s vertical expression. A curved, bronze-clad multi-story podium anchors the base of the tower, where landscaped amenity terraces overlook the surrounding Brickell skyline.

The project’s exact address has not yet been disclosed. According to the developers, the site spans more than one acre on one of the remaining prime development parcels in Miami’s Brickell Financial District. Additional project details, including the building’s architectural height, structural engineer, landscape architect, specialized interior design partners, and general contractor, have not yet been announced.

  1. The description makes it sound like it looks great, but it’s really four boxes clumped together with a slight height difference. But hey, at least the massive parking podium facing the Miami River isn’t a cluttered mess of materials, or has some mural of a rapper wearing a Brietling. Oh Arquitectonica…

  2. Surrounded by three busy highways.

What does a Breitling building mean, anyway? It’s a watch company, not a developer.

    • The comment means: No more ridiculous building murals featuring some ridiculous rapper wearing a ridiculously expensive Brietling watch. Amen to that!

  3. It certainly is austere. The “arquitect” is certainly living up to their reputation.

Miami has an architecture problem , almost every new building is designed by aruitectonica…it seem a design dictature…..The city should be a lot better if developers worked with great int. arch studios like, Diller SWcofidio, portzamparc, miralles tagliabue, gautrand, Maltzan, Herzog Meuron, mvrdv, Mad oma. ole schereen, ,,,

    • Miami21 as a form-based code was supposed to facilitate better architecture and urban design, yet apart some exceptions I can count on one hand, practically every building looks worse.
