Construction is progressing to the vertical phase at Edge House Miami, a 57-story residential tower under development at 1837 NE 4th Avenue in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, with interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, and developed by Grupo T&C, the project will offer 608 fully furnished condominium residences. The unit mix includes studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, many of which feature lockout configurations to provide flexibility for personal use and short-term rental opportunities.
Crews recently completed the foundation pour, marking the transition from below-grade work to the start of the reinforced concrete superstructure.

The continuous foundation pour required more than 7,000 cubic yards of concrete delivered by over 700 concrete trucks during a 30-plus-hour operation. With the foundation now complete, crews have begun forming and reinforcing the building’s first structural elements as construction progresses upward.

Thornton Construction Company is serving as the general contractor. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive sales and marketing representative for the project. Residences are priced starting in the $550,000s, with completion anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2028.
