Tamarac, Florida, will soon be home to a new multi-family complex: Eden West. The multi-million-dollar project will include a four-story buildings. In total, there are 212 units. According to Apartments.com, many units measure about 538 square feet each. The community comprises Class A at-rate apartments.
Construction began on the venture in March 2021, with ANF Group Inc. serving as the general contractor. Completion’s expected by 2023. The South Florida Business Journal noted that, to make way for construction, developers demolished a shopping center and office building.

The 6.24-acre build site requires more than 207,000 square feet of new construction. It’s owned by Eden Multifamily, which has at least five housing developments established and unfolding in Florida.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, business center, over 300 parking spaces, and a clubhouse. Off-site amenities include various retail stores, such as a Walmart Grocery Store within walking distance. It’s also within 10 minutes of Broward College and Keiser University.
Prior to construction, developers demolished this building.
Developers acquired the lot for $3.42 million in 2019. MSA Architects designed the venture and shared conceptual renderings online, revealing a mid-rise complex surrounded by a gate.
