Construction is expected to start on the Stellar Central Park later this summer. Stellar Communities, the owner and general contractor, plans on building the luxury rental community in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. There will be 158 homes to choose from, with three different layout plans.
The one-story homes measure 700 square feet to 1,385 square feet each, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom designs. Homes come outfitted with quartz countertops, built-in security features, and open-concept floorplans.
Conceptual renderings from PPK Architects (Pascual Perez Kiliddjian) suggest that the master-planned gated community will offer a clubhouse (measuring at least 2,000 square feet), as well as covered parking spots, fountains, and open-air courtyards. At this time, rent is not publicly available.
However, these rentals will likely go quickly. According to World Population Review, Port Saint Lucie’s population grows by about 3.26 percent each year. The area is one of Florida’s hottest real estate markets in the country right now.
Cotleur & Hearing, Inc. is the landscape architect, and Thomas Engineering Group is the civil engineer. Both organizations are located in Jupiter. The Stellar Central Park’s address is 12500 Roma Way, Port Saint Lucie, Florida, 34987, in Saint Lucie County. Google Earth’s renderings suggest that the build site is undeveloped and will not require demolition.
