ANF Group, Inc. has completed construction on Vista Verde, a 288-unit garden-style apartment rental community in Sunrise, Florida. Located at 8894 Northwest 44th Street, the community was developed by Rilea Group and designed by MSA Architects. The units are spread across eight three-story buildings with floor plans that range from 754 to 1,327 square feet, with one-, two-, and three-bedroom options.

In-unit amenities at Vista Verde include stainless steel appliances, a full-size washer and dryer, custom lighting, vertical blinds, several tiled units, walk-in bathroom showers, an efficient air conditioner, and a water heater. Other features are walk-in closets and European-style cabinetry; some units have private balconies and a breakfast bar.

Community amenities at Vista Verde include covered and secure private garages, two barbecue areas with wet bars, poolside cabanas, and a large pool with a sun shelf. A covered pool pavilion also features a fireplace, TV, picnic table, lounge area, and table tennis.
