National real estate development firm Continuum Company, in partnership with Aksoy Holdings, the Turkish developer behind The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum, has unveiled the Continuum Club & Residences. This new luxury bayfront condominium is in Miami’s North Bay Village and is set to rise at 1755 79th Street Causeway. The project marks the introduction of Continuum 2.0 – the second-ever Continuum branded residence. It is the latest addition to the Miami portfolio of visionary developer Ian Bruce Eichner, recognized in South Florida for his influential role in developing the iconic Continuum South Beach and transforming the South of Fifth neighborhood.
The development will offer 198 residences, featuring a range of beautifully designed one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes and penthouses, priced from just under $1 million. Rising to 32 stories, this curvaceous structure will house residences varying from 800 to 4,000 square feet. Residents will enjoy access to coveted views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, Indian Creek, and Downtown Miami.
“We see North Bay Village as we once saw South of Fifth, brimming with tremendous growth potential,” said Ian Bruce Eichner, Chairman and CEO of Continuum Company. “We’re excited to pioneer another neighborhood evolution. Our optimism for North Bay Village drives our dedication to usher in a new era for this community. With its stunning views, beach and mainland access, and private island community, choosing this location for our second Continuum-branded project was an easy decision.”
Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has been appointed as the exclusive sales and marketing brokerage for Continuum Club & Residences, with Phil Gutman providing advisory services to the developer. Also referred to as Continuum 2.0, this enhanced project is located on the last undeveloped island community in Biscayne Bay. It offers convenient access to Miami’s beautiful beaches, upscale shopping districts, Michelin-star dining, golf courses, beach clubs, and some of South Florida’s top-rated schools. North Bay Village is also poised to host the official training facility for the Argentina Football Association (AFA), an initiative invigorated by Lionel Messi’s involvement.
“North Bay Village offers an ideal setting for buyers seeking both the privacy of an island community and the proximity to Miami’s hottest new restaurants and neighborhoods,” said Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, who heads the sales for the project. “We’re excited to present the next phase of Continuum within this bold waterfront development that truly curates a vibe of its own.”
Continuum Company has brought together a world-class team for its latest project, featuring architecture by the esteemed Arquitectonica, interior designs curated by Durukan Design, and landscape architecture by Martha Schwartz Partners (MSP). This collaboration aims to create a chic and vibrant aesthetic for the residences. Each unit will offer spacious floor plans with private wrap-around terraces, ensuring sunset to sunrise views from every residence. The residences blend style with functionality, boasting best-in-class kitchens with state-of-the-art Subzero/Wolf integrated appliances, custom European cabinetry, a culinary island, and quartz countertops. The primary baths in these residences will feature marble stone flooring, dual rainfall showerheads with water views, arched mirrors, and Dornbracht fittings.
Continuum Club & Residences is committed to embodying its lifestyle brand through over 50,000 square feet of luxurious indoor and outdoor amenities. Designed to foster a sumptuous resort ambiance on the waterfront, the development boasts a range of facilities. These include a waterfront resort-style pool with cabanas, a recreational garden pool, a jacuzzi, a marina for convenient boating access, and a landscaped waterfront lawn for social gatherings. For wellness enthusiasts, the property will feature a top-tier indoor fitness center, a dedicated movement studio, and an exclusive resident spa, complete with private treatment rooms, a cryotherapy chamber, and an infrared sauna. Additionally, residents will enjoy a spacious double-height indoor sports court, perfect for pickleball and various games, and a well-equipped watersports dock providing kayaks, paddleboards, and more for aquatic adventures.
Continuum Club & Residences enhances the living experience with various culinary and entertainment offerings. These include a destination waterfront restaurant with dining terraces and resident charging privileges, a private dining room, an outdoor dining pavilion, and the exclusive Continuum 24/7 Marketplace and Minibar. Prioritizing convenience, the development includes features such as the Continuum Resident’s App, electric vehicle (E/V) charging stations, secured storage for bicycles and e-bikes, temperature-controlled storage, and a Tesla house car service.
At Continuum Club & Residences, the range of amenities includes various activities for children, such as an arcade, a virtual lounge, a children’s playroom, and an outdoor splash pad. Additionally, the development provides educational spaces like homework pods and an on-site study hall for young learners. For adults, there are numerous options for work and relaxation, including an outdoor garden and cabanas equipped with WiFi, a waterfront boardroom with audio/visual capabilities, and an executive lounge featuring work pods and a terrace overlooking the water. The development also caters to pets, offering facilities like an outdoor dog park, an indoor dog wash and spa, a companions lounge, and The Island Walk – a waterfront promenade designed with a dog walk.

What… No countdown? Outside of NYC, Miami is where the biggest construction boom is happening so it would be great to see a ranking of the top 31.
Maybe it’s actually a bigger boom than NYC?
This developer did not treat owners fairly on monthly HOA fees in the Continuum South Tower. Never had any legal recourse either.
