Middle Street Partners plans to start construction on a 216-unit complex at 1000 Jacaranda Boulevard, dubbed 1000 Jacaranda, in Venice, Florida.
Per ApexOne, the limited equity partner, the community will offer studio to three-bedroom floorplans, offering “a luxury amenity package and state-of-the-art leasing facility.”

The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that the apartments will be spread across five four-story buildings on a 21-acre plot. Communal amenities include a 7,000 square-foot amenity center, pickleball courts, and a swimming pool.
The first apartments will become available in the second quarter of 2025. As noted, Charleston-based Middle Street Partners is the developer. It purchased the build site for $8.64 million in the first quarter of 2023.
So far, it’s invested more than $65 million in 1000 Jacaranda. The garden-style complex isn’t the only project in Middle Street Partners’ pipeline; it’s also working on a project known as “2900 Ridgewood.” Located in Daytona Beach, the community would comprise more than 300 units.
The organization’s website says that construction was expected to start in December 2022, although this was never officially confirmed. Our sources don’t list an exact address for 1000 Jacaranda. Yet, we do know that it’ll be located in Sarasota County, FL.
