The developers behind the Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove have signed a utility deal to connect the new 20-story tower to Miami-Dade’s water and sewer system, executed on June 25. According to Miami’s Water and Sewer Department, the agreement will permit the connection for up to 72 residential units and a 5,071-square-foot restaurant. A construction permit for the new building, which will be the first standalone Four Seasons residence in Florida, is currently under review. Details indicate that the development will encompass 392,300 square feet of space, rise to a height of 291 feet, and have an estimated construction cost of $68,652,501.

Developers CMC Group and Fort Partners launched sales for the 70 planned residential units in April. According to the developers, buyers skipped the reservation stage and went straight to contract. The condos will range from two to four bedrooms and up to 3,980 square feet. Four penthouse residences will range from nearly 6,430 to 9,690 square feet. Private elevators and 11-foot ceilings are planned.
