EDEN Living has completed a new Class A build-to-rent (BTR) community in Arlingwood, Jacksonville, EDEN at Kendall West. The development, located at 9105 Tredinick Parkway and bordered by State Road 113 (Southern Connector) to the east, consists of 265 units spread over 20 acres. The community includes 193 single-story cluster apartment homes and 72 two-story townhomes. Each unit has a private backyard, and the townhomes feature private garages.
The one-, two-, and three-bedroom units range from approximately 700 to 1,300 square feet. Community features include a fully amenitized clubhouse, fitness center, resort-style pool, dog grooming station, dog park, walking trails, and club room.
“We are thrilled to complete our first BTR development in Jacksonville,” said Jay Jacobson, CEO of EDEN Living. “The response to our initial leasing campaign has been tremendous. Jacksonville has the largest market by population in the Southeast U.S., and its continued growth creates intense demand for Class A rental options.”
In addition to EDEN at Kendall West, EDEN Living is nearing completion on two other Florida communities: EDEN at Heritage Lakes in West Melbourne and EDEN Magnolia Village in Wildwood. Leasing is also active at these locations. The company has over 1,000 units in the development pipeline across Florida.
EDEN Living was established in February 2021 by multifamily developers Jay Jacobson, Jay Massirman and Sergio Socolsky. The venture focuses on developing one-story cottages and two-story townhomes that offer privacy, exterior living spaces, courtyards, and private landscaped backyards. These projects are designed to provide amenities comparable to traditional Class A multifamily communities.
