Ryan Companies US, Inc. has announced the completion of Renata at Lakewood Ranch, a 502-unit multifamily community at 12125 Rangeland Parkway within the 33,000-acre master-planned Lakewood Ranch development in Bradenton, Florida. This milestone marks the delivery of the final building in the 15-building project, with the first residents moving in as early as February 2024. Ryan served as the project’s developer and builder, working in a joint venture with PGIM and Park Springs.
Renata at Lakewood Ranch is Ryan’s largest project in Florida, covering 37 acres of four-story luxury residences and amenities. Despite facing a seven-month power delay, the project was completed ahead of schedule, highlighting the team’s dedication and coordination. The community offers scenic views of lakes and wetland areas and provides access to the Lakewood Ranch trail network. Its proximity to Lakewood Ranch Preparatory Academy and on-site office buildings enhances its appeal to families.

The community features a range of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, with upscale finishes like personal patios, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Amenities include a private lakeside beach, a resort-style infinity-edge heated pool with jacuzzi, spinning and yoga rooms, a golf simulator, a putting green, a dog spa and park, lawn sports, and a walking trail around the property’s central lake. The development also offers barbecue areas, sand volleyball courts, and more.
