Rosso Development, Standard International, and Midtown Development have announced that Sushi Garage, a popular Miami eatery, will open at The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami. This restaurant, founded by the Juvia Group’s Jonas and Alexandra Millán, is known for its modern take on traditional Japanese cuisine and will be a central dining venue at the highly anticipated development. The announcement follows previous unveilings of Solana, also from Juvia Group, on the rooftop, and Rosetta Bakery Café & Privato Speakeasy, making Sushi Garage the third major food and beverage tenant for the project.

  1. Sushi Garage!
Name reminds me of the “Wet market” in Wohan, China. Maybe even sell fresh bats!
