HHC Singer Island LLC has proposed a high-rise luxury tower on an oceanfront property in Palm Beach County. The 20-story development calls for approximately 188,950 square feet of new construction and would offer 52 condos. At the time of publication, our sources did not reveal measurements or layouts.

The complex would offer 121 parking spots (2.33 per residence), along with various communal amenities. They would include a fitness center, steam room/sauna, and two padel ball courts, just to name a few offerings. Others include a yoga studio, social lounge, and swimming pool.

HHC Singer Island LLC owns the 3.3-acre property and demolished a condo that was formerly on the parcel. HHC Singer Island LLC is led by Jackie Soffer, the co-owner of Turnberry, which has developed other residential projects in Miami-Dade County.

One project includes St. Regis Residences, a venture Florida YIMBY reported on in November 2024. The 50-story tower will offer 152 residences, including penthouses, sky villas, and two garden villas. Arquitectonica designed the project. The Miami-based firm also designed a supertall skyscraper proposed by Walter Defortuna. Florida YIMBY reported on that venture late last year.

HHC Singer Island LLC’s project concerns 3930 North Ocean Drive, Riviera Beach, FL, 33404, in Palm Beach County.
