Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers has plans for a luxury townhome development in Central Florida.
Alora will comprise 125 residences, featuring three models named after fiction authors: Atwood, Joyce, and Verne. According to the venture’s website, homes will range from two-bedroom to four-bedroom designs, measuring 1,867 to more than 2,037 square feet each. Future homeowners have the option of consulting with Toll Brothers’ design team regarding customized features. Communal amenities at Alora will include a fitness center, water park, community garden, swimming pool, and dog park. The community itself is located near Downtown Lake Nona, which offers shopping, dining, and retail.
Ownership is expected to start in the low $600,000s. Construction is expected to end on Alora in late spring of this year. As noted, Toll Brothers is the developer. The Orlando Business Journal reports that the firm is Central Florida’s 11th largest homebuilder, with many evolving projects in its pipeline.
One such development is Layton Pointe Delray Beach which will comprise one- and two-story single-family homes. Another is Estuary at Madeira, located in St. Augustine. Alora will be located at Luminary Blvd & Centerline Drive, Orlando, FL, 32827, in Orange County.
