Construction has officially started on Skye apartments, a 327-unit housing development in Palm Beach County. Upon completion, the venture will feature studio to three-bedroom units, plus townhouses.
The South Florida Business Journal reports that the smallest units will span 560 square feet, while the largest top out at 1,770 square feet. Communal amenities at Skye will include a variety of offerings, including a dog park, fitness center, and jogging trail. There will also be a resort-style swimming pool with cabanas and grilling stations.

Four Florida-based developers are working together to make Skye possible: 13th Floor Investments, Key International, CDS International Holdings, and Wexford Capital of West Palm Beach. The quartet secured close to $80 million in financing from CIBC Bank USA. ANF Group, the general contractor, intends to finish construction in 2027.
MSA Architects is the architect. The Miami-based firm also designed Princeton Commons, a multi-phase housing venture in Homestead. The first phase is set to feature 308 apartments in nine buildings; the second phase will feature 226 apartments in seven buildings.
Skye will be situated at 2350 S. Congress Ave, Delray Beach, Florida, 33445, in Palm Beach County. It will be part of a larger 50-acre site that once hosted the Office Depot campus.
