Miami-based Trilogy Real Estate Group has plans for a multi-family housing development in Hillsborough County.
The Albion will feature six buildings on a 13-acre site. It will host 325 units, spanning one-bedroom to three-bedroom floorplans. The average unit would span about 920 square feet.
Communal amenities are set to include both interior and exterior offerings; they include a fitness center, golf simulator, and resort-style swimming pool. Additional offerings include a speakeasy-style lounge, a pet spa, and sports courts. The Albion is estimated to cost more than $60 million to complete.

Construction is slated to end on the venture in the fourth quarter of 2028. In total, The Albion will require 420,000 square feet of new construction, 403,000 square feet of which would be residential space.
Valrcio, Florida, is seeking more development as projects spill over from the main Tampa hub. In March 2023, Florida YIMBY reported on the Gallery at South Tampa, a housing development for seniors featuring 202 homes. They will be a mix of cottages, assisted living units, independent living units, and memory care suites. Construction on the community is still ongoing.
The Albion is planned for 104 South Mulrennan Road, Valrico, Florida, 33594, in Hillsborough County.
